True or False? Original or Fake? Good or Bad?

Definitions of these words are hard to disclose in ‘Simulacra’ world. The project ‘Hetero-fantasia‘ is representing ambiguity of dichotomous thinking through showing different images and elements of subculture as visual language.

‘Krazy Kat’ is originally American cartoon character published in 1913-1944 by American cartoonist George Herriman. I believe this character is the most reproduced and remediated character in terms of commercial way. And the text surrounded is from new image consumerism phenomena in youth communities as young people’s daily posting picture combined image and irrelevant text on their SNS page. Both Krazy Kat and the text are loosing their originality through infinitely reproducing and remediating but leaving impression of image after then, there are no True or False, Original or Fake, Good or Bad. I believe this phenomenon is accelerated in contemporary culture.

Moreover, I used image of pornography in same context as it shows with Krazy Kat images. However, depending on the significant of location and prestige, this work can be or already had been rejected in order to protect your educated morality, otherwise you might loose your moral dignity
